Bengals’ Karras launches new partnership, hat line with Christ Hospital Health Network

Cincinnati Bengals center Ted Karras has expanded his philanthropic efforts by launching a new line of hats in collaboration with The Christ Hospital Health Network. This new partnership is part of his ongoing initiative, The Cincy Hat, which supports The Village of Merici—a nonprofit that provides services and housing opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Christ Hospital’s Mt. Auburn Birthing Center holds personal significance for Karras, as his family received care there. Reflecting on the experience, he emphasized how meaningful it was to partner with an organization that had such a direct impact on his life. Karras shared, "The community of Cincinnati has embraced me and my family, and I could not be happier to announce this new endeavor and partnership with The Christ Hospital Health Network."

The new line features three exclusive hat designs, blending team pride with charitable purpose. All proceeds from the sales will go to The Village of Merici, helping expand programs and support for those in need. This partnership exemplifies the growing bond between professional athletes and local communities, as well as the powerful impact that can come from combining branding with a cause.
